This week students will have the chance to explore the strength of magnets by working in cooperative groups. Before we collect data, each student will complete his/her hypothesis. Data will be graphed to determine what happens when more magnets were used to pick up paper clips. This is a great opportunity for students to review the parts of a well-designed scientific investigation. Check out this

Students will then put their engineering skills to the test to create a challenge involving the use of magnets, created by our very own Mr. Barger!
