Last week students explored the Virginia and New Jersey Plans presented during the Constitutional Convention.  This week, in small groups students will be assigned a state and act as delegates!!  In class we will have a debate on whether or not the votes per state should be based on the state's population (Virginia Plan) or should all states have the same number of votes (New Jersey Plan).  Students will determine the viewpoints of their state and be prepared to debate!!!  Will there be a compromise??
