When fifth graders return from winter break, those who have not printed the movement of change essay will have the chance to do so. With the help of Mrs. Hurley, our media specialist, students will create an opinion based project using Google Slides. This will allow students to use the research they have already paraphrased from the movement of change essay. Students will reflect on all of their research and then determine which person or event had the biggest impact on either the Women's Movement or Civil Rights Movement. Each student will create a multi-slide presentation in which he/she states his/her opinion, briefly justifies that opinion, and provides graphics. Students will also cite the information used in the presentation.
