This week students will use the myth graphic organizers completed last week to draft their original myths. Although we know the real reasons why we see many natural phenomenons, our students have used their imaginations to create myths to explain them. Each student began by choosing something in nature and then inventing a problem which the natural phenomenon was the solution or result of a problem. Why are there stars at night? Why is there only one sun in the sky? Where did volcanoes come from? Ask your student about his/her original myth to find out!
